Electromagnetic braking three-phase asynchronous motor
YEJ2 and YDEJ2 series electromagnetic brake motors are improved products of the YEJ series, complying with national standard JB/T6456 requirements, and their electrical performance meets the Y2 series motor technical standards. YDEJ2 is an extended product of the YEJ2 series. This series of brake motors is equipped with an electromagnetic brake on the non-driving shaft end of the motor. When the motor loses power, the brake disc of the electromagnetic brake automatically presses against the motor's rear cover, generating frictional braking force, causing the motor to stop. The no-load braking time, varying with the frame size from small to large, is 0.15-0.45S. The brake power supply must operate synchronously with the motor power supply. YEJ2 and YDEJ2 series motors are widely used as driving force in machinery processing machine tools, conveying machinery, packaging, woodworking, food, chemical, textile, construction, shops, rolling doors, and other machinery.
